F.A.Q

  • Where is the show being held?

The show will take place at the City of Mississauga’s Credit Village Marina, located on Lakeshore Rd. West, between Mississauga Rd. and Hurontario St.
  • I’ve never heard of this show. Is it new?

Yes! This is the second year for the show. Water levels in the marina have prevented access to some boats, particularly sail boats, in the past. The Credit River, and marina have just been dredged to allow access for larger, and deeper draft vessels.
  • How many boats will be on display?

Approximately 60+ boats will be on display in the water, and smaller tenders and other water craft may be displayed on shore.
  • What type of boats will be at the show?

There will be a wide variety of POWER and SAIL boats on display, both NEW and USED! Most of the boats in the water will range in size from 16 to 65 ft, both on land and on water. We have a boat for every type of captain!
  • Will there be displays on land?

Yes. A variety of marine related vendors will have their products and services on display.
  • Are Strollers allowed on the docks?

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, and for safety reasons, strollers are not allowed on the docks. Stroller may be left in a designated are by the main access to the docks.
  • Where do I park?

Parking is available in the municipal lot, adjacent to the marina and the north side of Credit Village Marina. Parking is also available to the east of the marina, in the parking lot for the neighbouring Port Credit Harbour Marina.
  • What about public transit?

The Lakeshore route for Mississauga Bus Transit runs right by the show. Also, the show is a short walking distance from the Port Credit GO Station.
  • What about dining?

Being located in the heart of Port Credit, several dining options are available, including Snug Harbour Restaurant, which overlooks the marina. Hot Dog vending carts will also be on site.
  • What if it rains?

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature for outside events. If it does rain, the show will go on. Boats in the marina will still be accessible, and vendor displays are under tents.
